Patrik Egeland
Patrik has spent 20+ years in private equity and M&A, with close to 100 transactions across his career. He began at McKinsey & Company and, from 2004, built his track record in active ownership at Herkules Capital before co-founding Capillar, leading M&A advisory at PwC Norway, and heading investments at Inin Group. Analytical and thorough, he works easily with everyone from cautious advisors to founder-entrepreneurs, and has served on the boards of both portfolio and technology companies.
Fredrik Ekholm
Fredrik is an investment and infrastructure professional focused on value creation through active ownership, performance improvement and M&A. He began in transaction advisory at Deloitte and EY-Parthenon, then moved into strategy and corporate development at VR Group and NRC Group — including the VR Track carve-out and its integration into NRC — before joining Inin Group as Head of Strategy and later Investment Director, completing 15 transactions. Pragmatic about what drives results, he works across stakeholders from field operations to the boardroom, and speaks fluent Finnish and Swedish, with comfortable Norwegian.
